How do I get my download after purchasing?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email from EarnVault with your personal download link. You can also access it from your order confirmation page. No account needed.

What format are the files in?

Most products are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. Some products also include Google Sheets, Canva templates, or Notion links — this is always listed clearly on the product page.

Can I print the products?

Yes! All PDF products are print-ready. We recommend printing at home or at a local print shop for the best quality.

Do I need any special software?

No. PDFs open in any free PDF reader (Adobe, Preview, Chrome). Google Sheets files only need a free Google account. Canva templates only need a free Canva account.

What is your refund policy?

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, if you have a technical issue with your download, contact us at hello@earnvault.shop and we'll make it right within 24 hours.

Can I use these products for my own clients or business?

Personal use products are licensed for your personal use only. Products labeled "Commercial License" can be used for client work. Check each product page for details.

I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first — it sometimes lands there. If it's not there after 15 minutes, email us at hello@earnvault.shop with your order number and we'll resend it immediately.
